Domestic & international shipping
We are pleased to offer both domestic and international shipping options to all our valued customers. We strive to ensure that your orders are carefully packaged and delivered to you in a timely manner. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather and service interruptions. Delivery costs are always presented upon checkout.
Shipping rates
Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders within the UAE.
Flat Rate Shipping: For all countries outside of the UAE, including other GCC countries, the Middle East, Europe, and North America, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $25 upon checkout.
Shipping times
UAE: Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 2 days.
GCC & Middle East: Orders to GCC and Middle Eastern countries are usually delivered within 2-4 days.
Other Destinations: Orders to Europe, North America, and all other destinations are generally delivered within 4-7 days.
Pre-Orders: Personalized and Pre-Orders require additional time for production and are delivered within 21 days.

returns & exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you want to return the item due to size, color, or simply changed your mind, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines:
Returns & Refunds
Items must be in their original conditions without signs of wear, damage, or alterations made by a third party
Items must be returned in all original packaging (bag, box, and/or pouch included)
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
You should receive your refund within 10 days from the date we receive your return. This time may differ based on your bank, check with your bank if it takes longer.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color based on availability
We will let you know if the replacement needs to be pre-ordered before processing the exchange

We will respond with the best return option based on your location, as well as available alternatives in the case of an exchange
We will subtract the return shipping cost from your refund
